I went in today to the doctor so that he could see how I was doing on the blood pressure meds and how I was doing with my blood sugar levels. He said that my numbers looked great. I was so relieved! No insulin so far! Now I start going every 2 weeks. My next appointment is on November 10th. I am just so excited that little Thomas will be here soon! I can't wait!!!!!

I wanted to add that exercise and a change in eating habbits is exactly how I lost my wieght... It is hard, but it works!
